A Little About My Background

My career has taken me through recruiting, marketing, operations, and organizational leadership, with roles at Nestlé, PNC Bank, Bank of America, and People Architects.

Before launching Trust Recruiting, I was Chief Operating Officer at People Architects, where we partnered with growing businesses and nonprofits that needed recruiting, HR, and people leadership support without building large internal teams.

That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the challenges leaders face when hiring. It also showed me how much difference the right recruiting partner can make.

Today, I combine my marketing and recruiting experience with a strong network of professionals in Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, and Marketing throughout Cleveland and beyond.

And my favorite part of the job? Making an offer to a candidate. There's nothing better than helping someone take the next step in their career while helping an organization find exactly who it needs.

Outside of Recruiting

I'm a Cleveland-area mom, licensed foster parent, and active community volunteer.

Giving back is important to me, especially supporting children and families in foster care. I've been involved with organizations including Honey from the Rock, OhioGuidestone, 100 Women Who Care, the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, and the Cleveland International Film Festival.

I'm also a proud graduate of John Carroll University and Case Western Reserve University, where I earned my MBA.
